Parmesean Crusted Chicken


8 pieces of chicken, any cut with or without skin
1 egg
Dash of Ceyenne Pepper
1 packages of Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
2 packages of Dry Ranch Dressing Mix (I like Kroger Brand)
1 cup of Grated Parmesean
1/4 cup italian spices
Tsp of garlic powder
Tsp of onion powder

wisk egg in a shallow dish and add a dash of ceyenne pepper
Add all Dry ingredients into a large ziplock bag and mix together.
Dredge Chicken pieces in egg and let extra drain off. Place chicken into the ziplock and shake to coat.
If the chicken has a bone Bake at 400 degrees 20 to 30 minutes until juices run clear and the parmesean crust is crispy.
