- 1/2 cup frozen margarita mix (mix the rest with tequila and have a cocktail while cooking)
- 2 tbls. honey
- 2-3lbs piece of salmon
- 1 teaspoon of dill
mix honey and margarita mix. 10 minutes before cooking pour 3/4 of the margarita mixture over the fish to marinade and sprinkle with dill. Remove fish from marinade (discard marinade) and place on med heat grill and cook covered for 8 minutes (no peeking) brush with remaining marinade until to cooked through.
