Cheddar-Bacon Dip

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 5 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 16 oz jar of taco sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Tortilla chips for dipping
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream
  2. Spread in an ungreased 13×9
  3. Combine onions, tomatoes, and green pepper – sprinkle over the cream cheese layer
  4. pour taco sauce over veggies
  5. sprinkle with cheese
  6. Refridgerate and just before serving, sprinkle with bacon
  7. service with tortilla chips
