Grandma’s Coleslaw

Standard
  • 1 head of cabbage shaved
  • 1/2 green pepper, finely minced
  • 1/2 small onion, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 vegetable oil
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • celery salt
  1. toss veggies in a large serving bowl
  2. in small bowl mix dressing
  3. toss dressing with veggies 30 mins before serving
