Pina Colada Cake

  • 1 yellow cake mix, prepared to pkg directions for 13×9
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, in juice
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • 1 small contained extra creamy cool whip
  • 3 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  1. remove cake from oven and poke with lots of holes
  2. mix milk and cream of coconut
  3. pour milk mixture over top of cake
  4. top with pineapple (and juice)
  5. refrigerate 3 hours to cool completely
  6. ice cake with cool whip
  7. top with coconut and nuts
