Strawberry Ganache Pie

  • 8 squares Baker’s semi sweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 6 tbsp seedless strawberry jam, divided
  • 1 oreo pie crust
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 tbsp water
  1. microwave chocolate and whipping cream in medium bowl on high 2 mins or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring every minute. Beat with whisk until chocolate is completely melted and is well blended, add 2 tbsp of jam and mix well
  2. pour chocolate mixture into pie crust and chill for 4 hours
  3. arrange strawberries on top of chocolate
  4. microwave remaining jam and water in small bowl on high 30 seconds, stir until well blended, brush over strawberries
  5. serve with whip cream
