Potato Chip Cookies with White Chocolate Chips & Peanuts

Standard
  • 2 sticks Butter
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 3/4 C. Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ¾ C. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbs. Vanilla
  • 2 ¼ C. Flour
  • 1 C. White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2 C. Crushed Lay’s Potato Chips
  • 1 cup roasted salted peanuts

**Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  1. in a mixer cream butter
  2. add white & brown sugar mix until sugars are completely incorporated
  3. mix in baking soda, salt, vanilla and egg
  4. slowly add flour to mixture
  5. fold in the nuts, white chocolate chips and potato chips
  6. using a cookie scoop, place on parchment lined cookie sheet, bake 10 minutes, until golden
